Using software ( Modul8, MadMapper, AbletonLive/MaxMSO, Syphon), Axis explores into cinematic atmospheres that take elements from minimalism, sound design, infra and ultra frequencies, reactive and generative visuals made from original footage which interact with realtime music to achieve unity and synchronicity in the development of the show, making each performance a unique experience.
Axis is formed by Diego Estay, filmmaker and visual artist, has been a professional VJ and explores 3D Mapping from the early beginnings of his career, and Gorgias Romero, musician, music producer and Dj, had been working with bands, soundtracks and electronic music.
