[Text available only in English] Collider is the moniker of Gianpaolo Tuzzo, a DJ and promoter from Sicily based in Rome. Since 2021, he has been active across radio and club circuits, developing a distinct approach to broken and percussive electronic music. His selections draw from UK bass, techno, jungle, grime, and experimental club, weaving together rhythmic intensity and forward-thinking sound design.
He is the founder and artistic director of Fleurs Sonores, a collective and event series focused on hybrid and high-intensity club sounds. Since its inception, Fleurs Sonores has hosted influential artists such as Pangaea, Ehua, Chloé Robinson, Beatrice M., Kessler, Koboro, and more, becoming a key platform for cutting-edge dance music in Rome.
On air, Collider curates “Sonic Collisions”, his monthly radio show dedicated to exploring bass-heavy and syncopated sounds. He also leads a residency on Rough Radio alongside the Fleurs Sonores crew, regularly featuring both resident DJs and guests from their club lineups.
Whether in the booth or on the airwaves, Collider’s work bridges community-building and deep sonic research, with a strong focus on physicality, tension, and rhythmic exploration.
