This rider is a part of the contract, respecting it is the first guarantee of a good show and a nice working
atmosphere.
We can always adapt to specific conditions, but please get in touch regardless before the show.
If you have any concerns about the content of this rider or anything regarding the show, please get in
touch with our manager, we’ll try to find a solution.

ALEA(s) Set up
- ALEA(s) plays on a table : 2m long / 1 to 1.5m wide and about 0,9m high (i.e. a stage
practicable)
- The table must be perfectly stable. Artists stand on both sides of the table, in profile to the
audience.
- The floor around the illustrator should be protected (I.E. with a tarpaulin)
- The artists need an extension plug with 6 x 230V plugs.
- The musician plugs in to the main mixer through 2 stereo XLR or 2 stereo jacks.
- The videast outputs a HDMI to the VP.
- The video projector must have a minimum resolution of 1920*1080
- The projection screen needs to be at least 3m wide and preferably within a 4/3 ratio
It should stand at least 1.5m above the ground and maximum 4m away from the artists
table.
Whatever the resolution, the bigger the screen, the most impressive is the performance.
- Unless discussed otherwise, ALEA(s) plays in the dark. No light stage except for the screen
and their own lights.
- The soundsystem must be of reasonnable power, in adequation with the space the
performance is showed in.
It must have a subwoofer and must allow a minimum sound volume of 98dB.
- A median volume of 98dB is required during the performance. It has to be loud !
- ALEA(s) performance lasts about 50min.
Although it could be played on a traditionnal stage, the project is better if played on the
floor, in the middle of the audience..

ALEA(s) Hospitality Rider
Access/parking
Promoter shall provide a secure space from arrival on the day of the engagement for the parking
and access for one car. Make sure enough space and room to clear.
Merchandising
The Purchaser agrees to allow the Artist sole right to erect stands for the sale of merchandise, at
no charge whatsoever to the Artist.
Recording
The Purchaser shall ensure that no recording of any description or for any purpose shall be made
of the Artist’s performance, and shall likewise ensure that no recording for television, radio,
cinema or Internet transmission is made of the appearance and no recording of any of the
performance takes place, without the written permission of the Artist.
Access pass/guest list
We need 3 backstage pass and a minimum of 9 people on the guest list.
An extra 3 backstage passes would be appreciated
Dressing room
A heated dressing room should be provided with tables and chairs for ten people, also with a
mirror, sink, soap, running water and towels. The dressing room should have direct access to the stage
with toilet facilities nearby.
If lockable, please give the key of the dressing room to the manager at get-in time.
To be available in the dressing room before the show
- Season bio fruits
- assorted bags of chips and nuts
- 12 cold beers
- 6 bottles or cans of local craft beers
- 1 bottle of rhum (Havana Club or better...)
- 1 bottle of Hendricks Gin
- 6 bottles of Club-Maté (alt : 2l of Coca Cola)
- 1.5l of tonic
- 4.5l of water
Meal
A good quality hot meal for the touring party is required (depending on the venue).
If hot meals cannot be arranged or if they are not of an adequate quality, the sum of 15 euros per
person should be paid to the manager so he can purchase a suitable meal.
