HAKOR:

There are areas of the body where not just anyone is welcome. Certain organs must remain pure for their proper functioning.

For the third exhibition of the collective Déficit, Die containers creates an installation that represents the antibodies of this ephemeral space. It is autonomous and functions alone and can be seen as a simple object of contemplation by its visual and sound aesthetics. But if we invite ourselves, it becomes partly interactive. This part of the body makes us clearly understand that it does not want us here. The work invites to a reconsideration of our condition of living being by making us pass the time of an experiment for a foreign body.

Concretly?

Our idea takes the form of a cage. This one is equipped with a camera that captures the presence or not of a visitor of the installation. If there is no presence, the visuals and the sounds are soft and benevolent. As soon as someone enters the cage, the installation understands that there is intrusion of a foreign body, it will thus seek to make this one leave in particular with a visual rhythm more frantic, but also with sounds which want to be unpleasant to the listening.
