She is an author of several short films, music videos, and videoinstallations, numerous animations, videocollages, portraits, and pieces bridging video art and a dance theatre. Her main focus is the human face, expressions, and gestures, as a medium for story-telling and crossing the line between reality and dreams. She has painted and photographed portraits for nearly two decades, and - more recently - switched to video technology, film, motion graphics, and animation. Her recent works have been viewed at international festivals such as Live Performers Meeting (Rome/Minsk, 2010-2011), Dimanche Rouge (Paris, 2011), HITS Open Door (Heidelberg, 2011), VisualBerlin Festival (2010), and B-Seite Jetztkultur Festival (Mannheim, 2010). In 2011, jointly with David Evans (UK), she has established f.r.u. Studio, which – apart of the artisitc activity of members - specialises in graphical design applied to a wide range of subjects related to natural sciences. The scope of f.r.u. Studio includes the design of covers and illustrations for books, scientific journals, annual reports, technical documentations, press releases, and scientific posters. F.r.u.
