With the programme – which consists of multi-sensory art, performances, workshops and talks – FIBER presents emerging art practices that offer alternative perspectives on our 21st century society.
Under the theme of INSTABILITY, the fifth edition of the festival will explore the concept of instability in sound, image and environment – the age of extreme planetary changes.
