[Text available only in English] Public Eye Soar is 10 years old! The Public Eye Soar Projection and Light Festival celebrates ten years of sharing art in all of its forms in unexpected places and ways to delight, surprise, educate and inspire our community.

The festival is free, family friendly and full of fun for everyone! Together, SOAR and Gulf Coast State College are partnering on November 10 and 11, 2023 from 6pm to 10pm to display art on the beautiful architecture of GCSC.
