[Text available only in English] Angela D’Onghia and Simona Vacca are a multimedia artist duo based in Rome. Angela D’Onghia’s research revolves around technology, politics, and media, exploring their aesthetic and ideological frameworks. Her work investigates machine ethics, power narratives, and the ecology of information. Rather than seeking definitive answers, she creates opportunities for critical reflection and shared imagination. Simona Vacca, who graduated from IED in 2023, focuses on interactive and multimedia installations. Her practice centers on the performing arts, corporeality, and the relationship between movement, space, and technology. Together, they create experimental scenarios in which the body and technology become tools to read and reimagine the present.
