[Text available only in English] Our proposal is an interactive videomapping installation projected onto trees, rocks, or other natural elements using TouchDesigner and its powerful mapping tool, Kantan Mapper.
This videomapping is not just a simple projection—it is a living, reactive experience, where light and visuals interact with the environment and the audience in real time. Using advanced tracking systems and sensors, the visuals adapt dynamically to movement, sound, and live data inputs.
By integrating Kinect cameras, MIDI, OSC, and audio-reactive elements, the installation responds fluidly to the presence of people and environmental stimuli. Every interaction creates a unique visual composition, merging generative digital art with nature in a fully immersive experience.
With Vulcano, we have successfully developed similar installations at festivals like La Isla, where we transformed trees into dynamic digital canvases that pulsed with the energy of music and the surrounding space. This proposal not only enhances the natural beauty of the setting through generative art but also invites audiences to explore and engage with the visuals in real time.
